Our team performed Commissioning Authority duties in compliance with LEED for New Construction Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems (EAp1) and Enhanced Commissioning (EAc3) for this 9,000 square foot, $4.2 million facility. A large array of photovoltaic panels on the south facing roof provides enough energy to make the center a "net zero" energy facility.
