Our team performed Commissioning Authority duties in compliance with LEED for New Construction Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems (EAp1) and Enhanced Commissioning (EAc3) for this 750,000 SF new student housing, which consisted of two community centers, 720 student apartments, fitness center, study rooms, and other common indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our team performed Commissioning Authority duties in compliance with LEED for New Construction Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems (EAp1) and Enhanced Commissioning (EAc3) for this 78,000 SF new North Campus residence halls, which consisted of two buildings with suite-style housing, staff and faculty apartments, and common indoor and outdoor spaces.
